The Integrated Induction Programme supports multi agency practitioners in their work in the broader children and young people's workforce in Newcastle - preparing people for working in their role in a multi agency context.
The course, based on Common Core skills and knowledge for the children and young people's workforce, provides a foundation for ongoing professional development and learning. It also provides an opportunity for practitioners from different backgrounds to learn together and from each other, improving understanding of the range of roles involved in delivering services to children, young people and families in Newcastle.
