Newcastle Plan for Children and Young People 2009/10

This is the new NPCYP 2009/10. It incorporates our final review of the NPCYP 2006/09 and our priorities and plans for 2009/10. The Children's Trust Board decided to produce a one year interim plan for 2009/10 prior to developing a new three year plan for 2010/13 that will meet new statutory requirements for Children's Trusts.
