Nearly 5,000 leaflets containing information about integrated working for practitioners, volunteers and managers have been circulated in the last few weeks. The leaflet has been distributed to all Children’s Trust partners including schools, health services and the voluntary sector.

Feedback has been very positive and a number of practitioners report using the leaflet when discussing the use of the Common Assessment Framework with parents, carers and young people. In response to requests for an electronic version from some colleagues, please find it attached. It can be easily printed onto A3 paper.
